By accessing or using The Coral Block products and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
The Coral Block provides productivity and automation tools, including but not limited to:
- SaveMyAttachments: A Google Workspace Add-on that processes Gmail emails, saves attachments to Google Drive, and generates AI-powered summaries
Additional products and services may be added over time.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Account Information
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.3 API Keys and Third-Party Services
Some Services require third-party API keys (e.g., OpenRouter):
- You are responsible for obtaining and managing your API keys
- You agree to comply with third-party terms of service
- You are responsible for costs incurred with third-party services
- We are not liable for third-party service interruptions or issues
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Pricing
Services are available through subscription plans available on the Google Workspace Marketplace. Pricing is displayed before purchase.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (monthly or annually)
- Payment processing is handled by Google Workspace Marketplace
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- You are responsible for any additional costs (e.g., OpenRouter API usage)
4.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Google Workspace Marketplace policies. Contact support@thecoralblock.com for refund requests.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Workspace Marketplace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Use of Services
5.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Services
- Use Services in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our infrastructure
5.2 Data Processing
By using our Services, you authorize us to:
- Access your Gmail emails for processing as configured
- Save files to your Google Drive
- Create and update Google Sheets
- Send email content to OpenRouter (using your API key) for AI processing
You retain all ownership rights to your data.
5.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The content of emails you process
- Compliance with applicable laws regarding data processing
- Any consequences resulting from processing emails containing sensitive or confidential information
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, documentation, trademarks, and logos, belong to The Coral Block or our licensors.
6.2 Your Rights
You retain all rights to your data, including:
- Email content
- Attachments
- Generated summaries
- Spreadsheet data
6.3 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services according to these Terms during your subscription period.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Key points:
- We do not store your email content on our servers
- Your data remains in your Google Workspace environment
- AI processing uses your personal OpenRouter API key
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws
8. Service Availability
8.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues
- Third-party service dependencies (Google Workspace, OpenRouter)
8.2 Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue Services with reasonable notice
- Update features and functionality
- Change system requirements
- Add or remove integrations
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Coral Block shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from third-party services (Google, OpenRouter)
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months
9.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for:
- OpenRouter service availability, costs, or accuracy
- Google Workspace service interruptions
- Third-party API changes or deprecations
- Data loss due to third-party service issues
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Coral Block, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your data or content processed through our Services
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the Google Workspace Marketplace.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to Services if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Your account poses a security risk
- Required by law
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to Services will cease
- Data stored in your Google Workspace environment remains yours
- No refunds for partial billing periods (unless required by law)
- These Terms will continue to apply to past use of Services
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13.4 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14. Google Workspace Marketplace
If you obtained our Services through the Google Workspace Marketplace:
- Google's terms and policies also apply
- Billing is handled by Google
- Refunds follow Google's policies
- Some features may be subject to Google's API limitations
15. Beta Features
We may offer beta features marked as "experimental" or "beta":
- These features are provided as-is without warranty
- They may be discontinued at any time
- They may contain bugs or errors
- Feedback is appreciated but not required
16. Export Control
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
